Bruno Cerboni is an engineer (degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”). He had a career as a Manager in the field of Information Technology, and cooperated with some of the most important Italian Companies such Alenia, Alitalia (ITC department), ENIdata (ITC company of ENI – the behemoth of oil and gas), Saritel and Telecom Italia Group. He covered important positions such as Director, V.P., COO and senior V.P. of Innovation and Products Development. He was a pioneer in Italy in the fields of Office Automation, Multimedia, Internet and Virtual Reality. He has extensive international experience, thanks to many relations with American and European companies.
Bruno Cerboni is one of the members of the Advisory Board of the Association of Virtual Worlds.

Mi sto dando da fare per supportare in SL (cosi' come faccio in RL) un progetto charity (in breve: campagna per la raccolta fondi per micro-finanziamenti alle donne afgane per consentire loro di avviare un'attivita' in proprio) promosso da Pangea (www.pangeaonlus.org). Per quanto riguarda Parioli sono in contatto con Ira Dumont, che mi scrive che ne deve parlare con te... quindi provo a fare il cortocircuito scrivendoti qui! Il supporto che cerco e' la semplice esposizione della campagna, ma ovviamente sarei felicissima nel caso poteste/voleste fare altro (ieri sera ad esempio c'e' stato un concerto live a Hiriam dedicato all'inziativa, raccolti quasi 40.000 linden...). Spero che tu mi legga, e di avere un si' attraverso te o Ira!
